How do I get my models to you?
Box them with each model wrapped and snug — I'll send a quick packing guide on booking. Postage is insured both directions, so transit damage is covered, not on you.
What's the turnaround?
Depends on size and tier — use the estimator above for a rough guide. A typical 40-model Tabletop+ force runs ~6–8 weeks once it reaches the bench. You'll have a date in writing before any money changes hands.
Deposit & payment?
30% deposit secures your slot, balance before dispatch. Larger armies can be staged by squad.
Do you source the models?
Either way — send your own, or I source them and fold it into the quote.
